I am delighted to have infused these very fine chocolates with three glorious Whisky expressions from The Exceptional by Sutcliffe & Son, these whiskys are created by two extraordinary gentlemen:
Don Sutcliffe and Willie Phillips and represents all the passion these men have for a great dram.
I am honoured to have worked with Don in creating this 2017 Limited edition and hope you enjoy them as much as we do.
The Exceptional Blend
Accompanied by Brazilian orange zest and Angostura Bitters infuse a 70% dark
chocolate from the Dak Lak province of Vietnam.
The Exceptional Grain
Infuses the spectacular 60% dark milk chocolate from Acienda Linone in Ecuador, made by Pump Street Bakery in Suffolk.
The Exceptional Malt
Infuses the deep flavoured Vietnamese dark chocolate from the hills of Ba Ria province in Vietnam.
